The big car museum cruize is the 30th, donno how many people can do events 2 days in a row, they are having races every Sunday now tho so I'm sure we can make it a little later in the year...with the red car:eek:

The big deal is that our members are spread from Logan to Orem and south...the club officers put alot of time and effort into planning these events so that the majority can make it...do you think I wanna do the cruize on the 30th then a 400 mile round trip to wndover? Nobody in thier right mind would, they need time with thier families ect...My advise would be to check the events schedule and do it on an off weekend with no events planned which we will probably do again as a group anyways! Its not our fault you didn't make it with us in March. Besides, you're not even an official member...you have no say...

i wasnt asking you to do two events in a row, i asked someone else who also showed interest.

i was planning on doing both, because im in a new place and dont have any family here. so i guess im out of my mind. im trying to do some activities with people with similiar interests as me. which, btw, isnt that the whole point of forums? but this is irrelevent because i didnt ask the whole group.

Thanks for posting this! I felt the same way and was wanting to talk to the officers about the way in which this was handled, but it seems you already have the same sentiments that I did. We as a club need to be more respectful in some of the responses. This isn't the 1st time that this has been handled like this this year. It makes us look bad as a club.

If we make mistakes, own up to them, apologize, and move forward. This is not a dictatorship, it is a collective effort. Titles mean nothing, effort means everything. You will get out of life what you put in, and if we continue to ban and threaten members there won't be a club ...
