WooHoo ZCOU's 3rd annual Las Vegas trip is right around the corner. I will be contacting some people we know to check out rooms and rates, we have a few options and the club officers will be choosing our final destination...so to speak :lol:

OK, I know some of you would rather be on The Strip, but as the economy is killing everyone, we went with the best priced accomodations with good parking. If you choose to stay someplace else, that is also fine but Boulder Station will be ZCOU's headquarters for all of our meets and events.

Great find Jason, I'll call on the group rate, I was making res and decided to wait till we call, they do add other fee's tho so if you havn't read further you should, its after where you put your cc# in, terms and agreement yada yada..... Vegas charges for everything:evil:

OK, how bout Sat nite we book a huge limo...like a hummer or something and criuze The Strip that way and keep our carz safe at the hotel? I think it would be pretty cheap if we all chipped in, I'll check it out on Monday...And, we can drink and pat-tay up in the limo:twisted::twisted:

Also Madame Tussads Wax Museum will be a blazt for Sat afternoon as a group event, I think the vegas guys will set up a breakfest & cruize for Sat am...hint hint stan:lol:

We're staying at the Boulder Station Hotel. The deluxe or VIP room is half off if you book it online. Both rooms are the same size. The VIP room comes with a bigger TV (25" vs. 19"), HBO and On Demand movies, alarm clock, and coffee maker.

I lost both of my Grandparents on my Dad's side this last year, My Grandma was in a car accident two three year's ago and was not the same after, she was in an old folk's home for the last two years of her life and it was better to see her go, then to see how she was living..

On the sad not, i may not be able to make. it. i am thinking that i will, but here would be the reason why not.

Just found out that my grandpa is on a ventilator and may not even make it to friday when we drive down. I was planning on stopping by and seeing him. Thus, he may die within a couple of days.

I think that i will still be able to make it cause if he does pass away, they will still need to make all the preparations and that may take a couple of days. They will need to bring him up here to salt lake.
