ok i just finished up with my horrible oil leak.

you have 2 ways you can do this:
1) remove the engine, or
2) drop the front suspension cradle

i chose option 2 lol, it was way easy (photos are crappy cause they were taken on my phone)

1) secure the top of the engine so that it can suspend while cradle is off

2) lift vehicle or jack up car and set jack under cradle to lower when bolts are removed

3) undo cradle nuts

4) undo traction bar bolts that connect to the control arm

5) undo sway bar links

6) if you have a brain fart like me, next drain the oil lol

7) undo steering u-joint

8) undo lower trans mounts and remove starter
http://memoryracing.com/forum/userpix/111_Image031_1.jpg
9) remove engine mount bolts
10) lower cradle and undo oil pan bolts
http://memoryracing.com/forum/userpix/111_Image032_1.jpg
11) pry apart oil pan and clean block surface with a strait edge scraper
http://memoryracing.com/forum/userpix/111_Image033_2.jpg
12)once oil pan is removed, now is a good time to remove all your road grime that has been built up over the years and get everything nice and clean
http://memoryracing.com/forum/userpix/111_Image034_1.jpg
13) once all previous gasket is removed, and everything is clean, apply a moderate amount of (what i used "Right Stuff" instant gasket maker by permatex) gasket maker (since no gaskets are available) to the engine block as well as the swooped parts of the oil pan where it seats over the end crank and fasten all oil pan bolts to 5-8 ft.lb. of torque
http://memoryracing.com/forum/userpix/111_Image035_1.jpg
14) then reverse the procedure to put back together
15) change oil filter and fill with 4.5 qts of oil (valvoline 5w-30 synthetic blend my choice)
16) run for 15 minutes, or untill warm and check for any leaks, if done correctly, will not leak lol.

full synthetic gets expensive when you change the oil once a month lol

no, i dont have a dipstick. when i had the oil pan off, i found out that the block is from a different car. where the dipstick is installed (passenger side) it goes down, then the crank kinks it up and round the block lol. where the slot on the pan is (driver side) thats where the dipstick goes, but i couldnt figure out how to remove the plug in the block where the dipstick shaft would insert...
