Hello all. Well, I'm back. I had a 2003 G35 Sport Coupe and visited here for a while back when. Sold the G and left Z club unfortunately. Well, I couldn't stay away. A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a 2008 GT 350. I couldn't pass up on the deal I got.
Here are a couple of crappy pix:

Welcome back to the club!
For the newer members, such as myself, would you mind posting up a little about yourself?
The 350 looks good, can't wait to see it out to the meets and meet you in person.

Thanks everyone! I left ZClub in 06'. I purchased an Evolution 9. It was a blast, but insurance was a killer.

Has anyone on this website swapped out a radio on a 350 Auto w/Navi? The stock system Blose :). Looking to put in a touchscreen with Ipod accessibility.

Can you give me some pointers on removing the radio, gauges and nav?
Did you loose steering wheel control capability?

woops i didn't have the navi, but i dont think it would be hard to take it out. I put a dd in. I dont have the steering wheel buttons, but you would most likely will loose the use of them. You would have to go to someone that has to the tools to hook up the wires if you still wanted to use them

its easy to remove all the stuff. what gauges are you talking about? the a/c ones? or the top ones? either are easy to take out

I believe there are some screws under the nav panel. I need to know how to get to these so I can take out the whole radio/nav console to put in the new radio.

I didn't see the thread in the DIY section. I can do without pics, but a step by step instruction would be nice.

if you do have the stereo buttons on the steering wheel you can keep them working with any of these, just pick the one that works with the brand of stereo you are buying and make sure the deck is compatible it will plug right into the Z's wiring harness no cutting and spliceing or anything leaves it easily swapable back to stock

ugh..., thats the worst, hard wiring in a stereo... :x all you have to do is get a connector like that, plug it in, and save your self some time.
