Anyone know this Z... spotted in a Bountiful parking lot

I was at the grocery store here in Centerville the other day and spotted this red Z. I've seen it around town once before but don't think its affiliated with anyone in the club. I need to get some tags.

he works with Victors tires on 33rd and state but his shop used to be on 35th south and like 32 west by the valley fair mall....its called auto rage they do sound systems and vinyls and weird stuff...i woulnt talk to them they dont know crap about cars no joke they only know about hondas and acuras trust me dont lose time in that guy......
