Hi, I'm Kim. Jason sent me here from UN. (Thanks) I'm picking up a 1978 280Z on February 5th. I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys. I will be doing a lot of work on my Z as I have the money to do so. So it will be slow...but it will happen! I will post the progress.

Welcome Kim. What plans do you have for the 280?

First thing is the body and aesthetics. Yeah, I'm a girl. The right rear wheel well is pretty rusted and do the body work on that and then when the body is perfect, I am painting it with HOK...still trying to decide on color and design. Then I want to do the interior (esp. dash) and as I do all this, I will keep my eyes and ears out for learning and fixing up the rest.

Yay! I would love to hear more! ...wait...won't cost a lot to your average 350Z owner or to your average 87' Oldsmobile owner? Cuz I admit, I'm the later!

Good to see that there will be another classic Z in the Club. There aren't very many of us that make it out, but it is always nice to have another person who is willing to put the time and effort into building up old Z's. Look forward to meeting you and seeing your car at some of the events. Robert
