This will be our 1st Official ZCOU Dyno Day. There are a bunch of us that need and want to see how our are doing after mods.

Ogden UT 84401

Time:11am

Amount:TBA. Its $250 for half a day and $500 for a full. The more people we get the less it will be. You can dyno 2 cars if you want, but each car will be concidered as a different entity. Meaning you will need to pay for 2 cars.

it will depend on how many we get. for example: as of right now, there are 2 people/cars. Thus meaning we will only need a half a day. That means we will each pay $125. If we get 6 people /cars and do half a day, it will only be $42 a person. Make sense?

Also if we do a full day and have 10 people/cars, it would be $50 a person/car or $25 a person/car if we do half a day.

also one thing to remember, it that it will run you around $65 or so to hook up and do 2 or 3 pulls if you do it by yourself. If we get one more, then it would be less than $65

Most of the time when they quote hp, its to the crank. you loose around 15 to 20% to the wheels. at 20% you would be 240whp

i think my ztube and grounding kit did quite a bit for me, so im expecting quite a bit more that what stock would do

i think the one at element is off. i dyno'ed my 350 there and got 350 to the wheels. i have pretty much the same set up as another guy and he did his at t-charged and got 380. plus i have heard from a lot of people that the one at element is off.

i heard if you use less oil on those k and n filters, it exponentially increases horsepower every ounce less you use cause the engine gets more air

picked up 2 free 265/70/16 cooper tires for the rear of my truck so i dont have to dyno with 37" mud tires. truck should look extremely goofy with big tires on the front and small on the rear

They are 15 inch 6 on 5.5. They should fit if your brakes aren't too big.

i plan to bring some dry ice to wrap my intake tube with and i suppose ill throw a leaf blower in the back of my truck...

Not going to be able to make it. Timing on the z32 is all messed up and I thought I could fix it by today. Should have listened to ken. I'll work it a little more tonight but it doesn't look like it. Might just through everything back on the way it was even though it doesn't sound great and lacks some performance. So most likely I won't see you guys there.

Worked on it most the night till around 4 with ah couple of my buds. got everything thrown back on and seems to run fine not sure if it's a good idea to run or not. The belts are also pretty lose not sure if it hard to tighten the alternator belt. Anyways if you guys need me to be there I'll be there just not sure if it's a good idea. Tell me if you guys think I should run.

I wish that I could have gone. Turns out that it was extremely slow at work today. With 2 techs there it was still probably 1 3/4 too many. I would like to know what everyone ended up getting for numbers.

huh that sounds dead on, but 91 idk I guess that's right I just thought it would be more around 110. but it's cool. A RB25 or 26 would be sick in there. I have heard of people doing vg30 swaps. or maybe something huge lol

your right they could be higher! lol just kidding. you will have to go for a ride sometime. the power is there there is definatly a lot more then there should be.
