I finally got my car running and what an educational experience it's been. Only thing now is I have an injector leak and I'm hoping to get the service campaign work done so I can safely drive to Peach Days in Brigham City. Ken Garff in Orem has been terrible. I'm on hold with Nissan as I type this hoping to resolve the problem and get some answers. Has anyone had the '84-'89 injector recall done and if so where? I guess I'd better get used to intermittedly being broke down. lol It seems to be the nature of the beast. At least now I'm a more compitent mechanic. I look forward to being active in ZCOU.

I heard of that recall. I will see if i can find out where i read it. They had info about what to do

I have all the info on the recall. I've just been getting jacked around by Ken Garff in Orem. They had one of my cars for nearly 2 months and nothing happened so I picked it up. Nissan of North America is supposed to get back w/ me tomorrow on it but, I'm not holding my breath. I've been on the Sincityz site quite a bit and went to Vegas Drift races weekend before last. I was able to meet some of them there. A great bunch of folks! Maybe we should plan a joint get together in So Ut. and cruise Zions or something. Are there any good car shows in St. George?

I have seen your posts on scz. I was very bummed to miss the trip to LV. It's been a long summer where my car is concerned. Hopefully, once the injectors are replaced it will be a long time before I have to shut it down again. I want to put my efforts into restoring the '85.
