How do I pull the Plenum

Need some help on pulling it. I have to get to some of the cooling hoses/Radiator Hoses. I'm having some serious leaks and need some help finding out what hoses I need. The hoses I'm talking about are behind plenum between firewall and engine block. I don't know what they look like or how many there are. Anyways any info would help on how to pull the plenum and what hoses I need and a link through Z1 motorsports. Also would be nice to have some pictures. Or ah couple links

about a 5 or 6 hr job...dont bend the egrtube you will never get them back in place..easyer to pull motor and replace hoses....

its MUCH easier to just pull the motor lol

Its really not hard to pull the plenums. You need to take off both upper and lower and then you will have much better access to all the coolant lines that run to and through the back of the engine.
